While rummaging through the fridge and cabinets, I decided to switch it up and concoct a not-so-healthy breakfast treat. I came across 8-grain waffles in the freezer, macadamias in the pantry, and there seems to always be a banana or two in the fruit bowl. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I remembered the coconut syrup I brought back from Hawaii a few months back. Score!
I will warn you, this is pretty much dessert.
