strawberry greek parfait




  • sliced strawberries
  • greek yogurt
  • granola with flax
  • a few honey cinnamon almonds (my little cheat treat)

The best part about this snack is the nutritious punch it packs. You’re getting antioxidants (like vitamin C) from the strawberries, fiber and Omega 3 fatty acids from the flax seed in the granola, the yogurt is a great source of protein, and the almonds provide vitamin E, calcium, folic acid, fiber, and more protein.

So snack away and feel great about it!
