asparagus, ham, and cheese om…ble

omble: n. an egg dish that was once intended to be an omelette, but failed into a scramble…

I’m not sure why I keep thinking I can make omelettes. I stand there with two spatulas in my hands trying desperately to flip it neatly, each time to no avail. I can flip pancakes, French toast, etc., but never the omelette. Regardless, it pretty much tastes exactly like a scramble and from now on I should probably go straight for that approach. This morning I decided to incorporate some of the ham from our Easter brunch and combine it with delicious asparagus and cheese for an omble. Yum :)
