easy healthy breakfast

Sometimes I look through my kitchen and can’t find anything I’m in the mood for. In an attempt to come up with something interesting and tasty, I threw together a few healthy ingredients and went for it. This brunch snack turned out so yummy! Try this when you’re looking for something filling and nutritious.

  • Toasted multigrain sandwich flats (one half)
  • Arugula & spinach
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Egg cooked over easy (or to your preference)
  • After tasting, I added cracked black pepper and sriracha to kick it up a notch. Simple!
