Home for lunch? Try this simple, healthy, and delicious salad. I whipped it up last minute while having friends over yesterday afternoon. It’s well-balanced with protein, fruit, vegetables, and nuts. Nutrition aside, it looks gorgeous and super presentable.
- Candied nuts (I used walnuts here)
- Grilled chicken (I had pre-cooked & pre-sliced from the market)
- Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Wash and pat the greens dry and mix together on a plate. Slice the strawberries and sprinkle throughout with the candied nuts. Place sliced chicken in the center and finish with a drizzle of the vinaigrette. Bon appetit!
